4. A customer care specialist will contact you and help you with the process of selecting your wig (prosthesis or hair replacement).
5. We submit all information to your insurance provider.
6. We follow up with your insurance provider: Keep track of your claim and follow up with your insurance provider to ensure that it is being processed. If your claim is denied, ask for an explanation and find out if there are any options for appeal.
